Red = expired or under 14 days; amber = under 60 days to the tracked (expiry, else renewal) date. “Awaiting date” (amber) = the obligation was met but the next due date is not yet known — entering the date returns the record to normal flags. The cross-dashboard summary refreshes daily at 05:30 Nairobi via the renewals-sweep agent; “Refresh flags now” runs it immediately. Records are never deletable — retire instead.
